It is with much pride in the accomplishments of Seneca Elementary students and staff that this school year begins. New beginnings bring new achievements and new challenges. Grade Three students have grown in stature and ability from their time at Prospect Elementary School; this growth has prepared them for the challenges of learning at Seneca Elementary, where they are presented with the New York State Assessments as a measure of their achievements for the first time. Students in Grades Four and Five have developed their skills and look to continue developing new learning.
But more importantly, students will be given opportunities to exhibit their growth as members of the Seneca School family; the positive behavior program will continue to catch students “doing the right thing”. As members of the Seneca School family, students and staff work together with the common theme: Respect and Polite Will Make Us Just Right!
Parents and guardians play a key role; students continue to thrive with support at home. Please know that your thoughts and comments are always welcome. The partnership of parents, staff, and students will continue to make Seneca School the best it can be!
