Mr. Christopher Myers
Christopher Myers is a school psychologist at the High School. He is a resident of Salamanca and alumnus of Salamanca High School, graduating in 2009. He attended St. Bonaventure University for undergraduate school, receiving his B.A. in Psychology in 2014. After his time at St. Bonaventure, he attended Alfred University to earn his M.A./C.A.S. in School Psychology from 2014-2016.
During the 2016-17 school year, Mr. Myers completed his internship at Salamanca CSD, and received and accepted a job offer in April of 2017. He is truly excited to continue to work with the High School students as they prepare to explore their future in college, vocational school, military, or the workforce. His goal is to ensure that our students have been provided with the most appropriate education to meet their personal goals and become successful in whichever area of life they desire. In order to accomplish these goals, many students will need to develop additional academic and/or social-emotional skills to ensure that they become productive and healthy young-adults.
Mr. Myers is also a member of the School Improvement Team, Response-to-Intervention Team, High School 504 coordinator, and Itinerant A/V Coordinator for after-school productions.
