You’ve likely heard the saying “There’s no such thing as a free lunch.”
Well, it’s just not true. Not here anyway. Because we have free lunch … and free breakfast for students during the 2019-2020 school year.
That’s right. The Salamanca City Central School District announced this week that it will continue its policy for serving meals at no charge under the National School Lunch Program and National School Breakfast Program.
After-school snacks will also be provided at no charge.
This is the sixth year for the national lunch and breakfast programs at Salamanca.
While the first helping is free, students are charged for additional meals. More information can be found on our Food Services webpage.
