The students in Mrs. Schnaufer’s Intro. to Hospitality and Tourism class experienced visiting a hotel today through Virtual Reality. The Business department was able to get 3 Oculus headsets, loaded with Career Exploration software, on loan from the NY State Department of Labor. One of the modules contains experiences in Hospitality. Today, students were able to begin their journey through the hospitality module experiencing, through virtual reality, quality hotel experiences. This class in a dual enrollment class with JCC and students receive college credit for this class.
