PROPOSITION NO. 1
ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN PARTICULAR PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED, that 172 yes votes, and 105 no votes, and 0 blank votes were cast, that the Board of Education (“the Board”) of the Salamanca City Central School District, Cattaraugus County, New York (the “District”) is hereby authorized to acquire certain particular parcels of real property, consisting of: (1) one unnumbered parcel of vacant real property on Route 353 (SBL No. 72.004-1-29.1), at a purchase price of $500,000 and two parcels of vacant real property on 186 and 192 Center Street (SBL No. 73.069-1-19 and 73.069-1-20, including, if appropriate, any underlying leases associated therewith), at an aggregate purchase price of $55,000, and upon such other terms and conditions as the Board shall deem appropriate, with such expenditures to be made from available funds of the District, without the necessity of borrowing; we declare that Proposition No. 1 ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN PARTICULAR PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY vote IS adopted.
