If your student plans on participating in any Fall, Winter, or Spring sport during the 2026–27 school year, they will need to have a current sports physical on file.
Who is eligible?
Any student who will be in grades 7–12 for the 2026–27 school year is eligible to receive a physical.
On-Site School Physical Dates
The school doctor will be on site at the High School on the following dates to administer sports physicals:
March 4, 2026
May 20, 2026
June 10, 2026
July 22, 2026
August 5, 2026
August 12, 2026
