At the conclusion of each sports season, the NYSPHSAA recognizes teams and individuals who excel not only in competition, but in the classroom as well. We are proud to honor our Fall 2025 Scholar-Athletes who demonstrated outstanding dedication, discipline, and commitment to academic success throughout the season.
To earn Scholar-Athlete Team recognition, a minimum of 75% of a team’s roster must achieve an average GPA of 90.00 or higher—a standard that reflects months of hard work and focus.
For teams that did not meet the overall team criteria, individual student-athletes with a 90.00+ GPA were still recognized as Individual Scholar-Athletes and received a pin for their academic achievement.
Athletic Director Chad Bartoszek and Assistant Athletic Director Adam Bennett proudly presented Scholar-Athlete t-shirts to these students in recognition of their excellence both on and off the playing field, court, and pool during the Fall sports season.
