The Salamanca Drama Club is thrilled to announce its upcoming production of Into the Woods Jr., a delightful and enchanting adaptation of Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine’s classic Broadway musical. This reimagined version brings beloved fairy-tale characters together on stage in a story filled with magic, music, and lessons about wishes, consequences, and the power of community.
With music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and a book by James Lapine, Into the Woods Jr. offers audiences a journey through the woods where Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack (from the beanstalk), and the Baker and his Wife all discover that “happily ever after” isn’t always what it seems.
