Community members are invited to take advantage of two upcoming opportunities to redeem Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) coupons and FreshConnect Checks (FCC) for fresh, locally grown fruits and vegetables.
The Veggie Wheels mobile market will be making a stop at Salamanca School (50 Iroquois Dr.) on Thursday, July 23, and Thursday, August 13, from 2:00–2:35 p.m.
These redemption events help eligible individuals and families access nutritious, seasonal produce while supporting local agriculture. Individuals who receive SNAP benefits and use an EBT card may also be eligible to receive FreshConnect Checks (FCC) through participating programs. If you have received FMNP coupons or FCC checks, this is a great opportunity to use them to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables.
Please remember to bring a reusable bag to carry your produce home.
Important: Only FMNP coupons and FCC checks can be redeemed at these events. SNAP/EBT cards, cash, checks, credit cards, and debit cards cannot be accepted at the redemption stops.
We encourage all eligible community members to stop by and enjoy fresh, healthy produce while supplies last.
