The Salamanca City Central School District is seeking a dedicated, student-centered instructional leader to serve as the next Principal of Prospect Elementary School.
The Prospect Elementary Principal will lead a vibrant school community serving approximately 431 students in Grades UPK–3 and supervise approximately 100 staff members. The successful candidate will provide instructional leadership while overseeing the implementation of curriculum, policies, and procedures that support the District’s commitment to providing every student with an exemplary 21st-century education.
This 12-month leadership position requires appropriate New York State certification as a School Building Leader (SBL), School District Administrator (SDA), or School District Leader (SDL).
The position offers a salary of $85,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience, along with a robust fringe benefits package and numerous opportunities for professional development. Salamanca City Central School District is also a student loan forgiveness eligible school district.
