The Salamanca City Central School District is excited to welcome students and families back for the 2025–26 school year with two Back-to-School Picnics filled with food, fun, and community connection.
The first picnic will be held at Prospect Elementary on Tuesday, August 26th, followed by the second event at Seneca Intermediate and High School on Wednesday, August 27th. Both events will run from 5:00–6:30 pm.
These annual gatherings provide an opportunity for families, students, and staff to reconnect after summer break and gear up for a successful new school year. Families can meet teachers and staff, enjoy a meal together, and celebrate the start of another exciting year of learning.
All district families are welcome to attend either or both events.
“We are thrilled to continue this tradition of bringing our community together,” said district leaders. “The Back-to-School Picnics are a wonderful way for families to connect with teachers and staff in a relaxed setting before the first day of school.”
