The 2021 Welcome Back Picnics have been planned!
Please join us for the 2021 Welcome Back Picnic for enrolled Prospect Elementary, Seneca Intermediate and High School students and their family. We have a tasty menu planned featuring our new school chef. You'll have a chance to meet your teachers.
Prospect Elementary - Wednesday, August 26th 5:00pm
Seneca Intermediate - Thursday, August 26th 5:00pm
High School - Thursday, August 26th 5:00pm
Our new school chef has a great menu planned that includes:
Prospect Picnic Menu:
- Grilled Marinated Chicken Kebobs
- Tomato, Cucumber and Feta Salad
- Homemade Naan Bread
- Warmed Corn of the Cobb with Butter
- Sliced Watermelon
- Corncake with Strawberries and Whipped Cream
Seneca & High School Picnic Menu:
- Grilled BBQ Chicken (Legs & Boneless Skinless Breast)
- Summer Pasta Salad
- Red Potato Salad
- Honey Cornbread
- Corn on the Cobb with Herb Butter
- Sliced Watermelon
- Chocolate Chip & Sugar Cookies
All meals would be served with bottled water.
