Four high school students are spending the weekend in Washington, DC while attending the National Association of Federally Impacted Schools Conference; in which they are presenting this afternoon.
This year’s theme is Uniting for Education & Innovation. Our students and staff have redesigned instructional practices to engage students in a different way of thinking. While this is not a silver bullet, we have found that students are engaged in learning and we have seen academic successes and our students demonstrated this in their presentation.
