Learn about Restorative Practices while tapping into your creativity! No experience necessary! Seneca Intermediate SEL facilitator and Art teacher, Amy Witman, presents workshops on using the artistic process as a therapeutic tool to unwind, relax and connect.
Sessions to include exploratory/therapeutic arts in drawing, painting, polymer clay jewelry, collage/vision boards, pin-making with positive affirmations and more!
