Students can log into their OneDrive or any Office365 product either through Classlink or by visiting

  • Click the Sign In link at the top right corner

  • Enter your school email address (

  • Enter your network password

If you think the latest version of something hasn't saved on your desktop application.

  • Immediately log onto the web-based version of Microsoft Office and see if you can find the latest version there.

    • if it is there, it just wasn't syncing correctly to the desktop.

Make sure you do the updates on your computer regularly.

Make sure you save your work COMPLETELY before you log off the device. (Click cloud icon on bottom right of your screen. Only sign off when it says "Your files are synced".

Also make sure to empty your cache from the internet browser to keep your computer running more smoothly.
