Out of District Guest Registration Form - this form is for any non-Salamanca High School student who does not live in District and or does not attend Salamanca High School, Big Picture or any other Out of District Placement.

The Academic Eligibility list pulled on Friday, April 12th (posted April 15th) & WILL determine who is eligible to attend the Prom.

Be proactive and make sure your academics are in good standing. If your name is listed as failing 2 or more subjects, you will NOT be able to attend.

You must only be failing 1 subject to attend prom.  You will have until Friday, April 19, 2024 to get all assignments and any failing classes to the passing grade in order to become eligible and BEFORE being allowed to purchase prom tickets.

Pre-registration will begin on April 29th

All individuals wishing to attend Prom 2024 MUST pre-register!!

Out of District Student Guest Permission Forms MUST be submitted at the same time that a Junior or Senior SHS student pre–registers. Pick up a form from Levi in advance.

**Prom is for Juniors and Seniors.  Underclassmen will ONLY be allowed to attend if asked from a Junior or Senior**
