In accordance with New York State Education law, any student participating on an organized athletic team must have an annual physical to participate. Physicals are good for a period of one year from the date of the physical, to the end of that month (i.e physical done 3/15/2018 is valid until 3/31/2019 with a completed update form). If the physical is more than 30 days prior to the start of the season, a health update must be completed by the parent/guardian (the update must be dated within 30 days of the start of the season). Students must have a physical and/or update in order to participate.
